Abstract
Two privately owned robotic landers from Texas-based companies have recently landed on the moon, marking a new era of lunar exploration. While Firefly Aerospace's Blue Ghost successfully landed on the nearside and conducted various experiments, Intuitive Machines' Athena lander unfortunately met an untimely demise near the south pole. The success of these private landers is part of NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Services program, which aims to pave the way for future human missions to the moon. International companies and space agencies are also joining in on lunar exploration efforts, with future missions planned to various lunar sites. [Extracted from the article]
