Abstract

The article presents the views of environmental experts on whether the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that provides over 35 billion U.S. dollars in safe drinking water funding and other technological breakthroughs address the remaining and emerging drinking water issues. They include Carolyn Berndt, Legislative Director for Sustainability, National League of Cities, Jennifer McLain of the Environmental Protection Agency, and Erik D. Olson of the Health Natural Resources Defense Council.
