Abstract
REGULARSOn Christmas Eve 1931, this historic image of the first Rockefeller Center Christmas tree was captured. After employees pooled their money together, a six-metretall balsam fir was erected and decorated by construction workers. Since this image was captured, the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree has become an annual tradition, showcasing bigger and brighter trees each year. [Extracted from the article]
