Abstract

The agency fears that the expanding use of AI might further solidify the market dominance of large existing technology firms. As an added example of the concern over the public use of AI, a Texas federal judge required as of 30 May 2023 that attorneys appearing in his court "must attest that 'no portion of their filing was drafted by generative artificial intelligence'"; however, if it was, it must be checked by a human (Wiggers & Stringer, [12]). ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE There is currently a growing awareness of artificial intelligence (AI) and of the possible advantages and disadvantages of its application in modern society.
