Abstract

The article discusses the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in 1956. Topics include the so-called Khrushchev secret speech which must be one of the worst-kept secrets of the history, the representation of 55 fraternal parties at the 20th Congress, and the opening remarks in Beijing, China by Mao Zedong.
