Abstract

B Scope: b The Interior Department's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks applications for the Webless Migratory Game Bird Program (WMGBP) announcement to support activities that will improve management of the 16 species of migratory shore and upland game birds (MSUGBs) in North America. B Areas: b DOI priorities include creating a conservation stewardship legacy second only to Teddy Roosevelt; utilizing the nation's natural resources; generating additional revenues to support DOI and national interests. The WMGBP covers the following species: mourning and white-winged doves, hunted rails and snipe, Sandhill cranes, American woodcock, American coots, purple gallinules, common moorhens, band-tailed pigeons, Zenaida Doves, white-tipped doves, and scaly-naped pigeons.
