Abstract

In the article, the author discusses the bargaining order and secondary boycott provisions of the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2019 (PRO Act), which is aimed at addressing the declining union membership in the U.S. Other topics include the ruling by the Supreme Court in NLRD v. Gissel Packing Co. and how it provided remedy for employer misconduct in election campaigns.
