Abstract
Projects that aim to reach Buddhist communities of practice and broader publics through open access, popular translation or community-engaged research are also strongly encouraged. B Scope: b The Henry Luce Foundation and the American Council of Learned Societies established The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Program in Buddhist Studies to promote the academic study of Buddhism and the dissemination of knowledge of Buddhism. While a critical edition may be necessary to produce a translation, translation should be the focus of the project. [Extracted from the article]
