Abstract
The article focuses on the new Peacock miniseries *Lockerbie: A Search For Truth*, which dramatizes the 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, and the subsequent investigation and legal proceedings. The series is based on the nonfiction book by Jim Swire, a physician and father of a victim who devoted his life to uncovering the truth behind the attack, which remains the deadliest terror incident in the U.K. While Abdelbaset al-Megrahi was convicted for the bombing, alternative theories implicating Iran, Syria, and Palestinian groups persist, and questions about the investigation's integrity remain. The show has drawn criticism from some victims' families for promoting disputed theories and overshadowing official findings.
