Abstract
This document is an editorial introducing a special issue of the Logic Journal of the IGPL. The issue features ten papers that were presented at the 14th International Computational Intelligence in Security for Information Systems (CISIS 2021) conference held in Bilbao, Spain. The papers cover a range of topics including real-time polymorphic behavior detection, risk estimation based on formal concept analysis, accountability systems for autonomous robots, feature engineering techniques for network intrusion detection systems, memory safety violations in programming languages, multimodal biometrics for image verification, visualization of Android malware datasets, integrated monitoring frameworks for cybersecurity, security-centric architecture design for communication channels, and enhancing security in IoT device networks.
