Abstract

The article presents the discussion on talking and teaching the Cheyenne language. Topics include persist as a written language forever, and hopefully future Cheyenne people will someday want to revive it as a spoken language; and languages that have been prolonged or revitalize after near extinction have usually had dedicated proponents of their languages and cultures.
