Abstract
Generative AI tools are helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) compete with larger companies by leveling the playing field in terms of content creation, market intelligence, and technology. These tools, such as Jasper, Canva, and Adobe Firefly, allow SMEs to produce high-quality and engaging content at a fraction of the cost and time. Open source models for text and image generation are also becoming more cost-effective and flexible, enabling SMEs to create customized ads and marketing materials. Additionally, AI can provide SMEs with improved customer insights and analytical capabilities, helping them understand market trends and consumer behavior. The future potential of AI includes AI-generated video content and the development of custom chatbots tailored to specific business tasks. Overall, generative AI has the potential to close the gaps between large corporations and SMEs, providing SMEs with a unique opportunity to succeed in the marketplace. [Extracted from the article]
