Abstract
Dix's I Catalogue of Early Dublin-Printed Books, 1601-1700 i (Dublin, 18y8-1y12), probably because it is not focussed on publications in Irish; but it is relevant to the overall picture of printing in Ireland and about Ireland. Virtually no early Irish books were held in Irish institutions from the time of their first printing. Sharpe and Hoyne report that Wing says it was printed by Motte, but in fact printing by Motte is claimed in the book itself on sig. [Extracted from the article]
