Abstract

The article discusses the possible effects to police investigating officers of the results of their child sexual abuse investigations, particularly on their mental and psychological wellbeing. Other topics include the definition of child sexual exploitation (CSE), the laws against the storage or distribution of illegal image of children under the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (UK), and the qualifications of said investigators.
