Abstract

The article presents a speech by Mark S. Cohen, founding partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP and criminal defense attorney, delivered at the U.S. Supreme Court Justice William Strong Lecture on Ethics and the Business Lawyer at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Pennsylvania on September 29, 2024. Topics discussed include ethical challenges facing prosecutors and defense attorneys in white-collar cases, discovery obligations of the prosecution, and handling of media scrutiny.
