The article explores how silence can protect a law firm or its client from becoming a target in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation in the U.S. Topics discussed include obtaining silence and documenting it to survive litigation, operations and elements involved in TCPA compliance and instances when TCPA claims are best resolved early.
