Abstract
This paper re-imagines legal rulings regarding Indigenous issues by centering Indigenous legal orders and de-centering (and replacing) state judicial decision-making processes. Taking three Canadian legal issues and re-working them using Indigenous laws and processes illustrates the significance of collaboration and the re-configuration of legal boundaries in pluralist legal worlds. This paper explores legal boundaries, legal spaces, legal authorities and what happens when we switch the law governing key decisions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
