Abstract
By overturning national abortion rights, the US Supreme Court drastically altered the country's legal landscape. In this paper, we explain the Biden Administration's response to the Court's decision, survey the 2024 election results and their implications for reproductive rights, and provide a forward-looking assessment of how the second Trump Administration will shape access to reproductive care in the coming years.
