Abstract

The article discusses the several U.S. Supreme Court cases dealing with the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment related to Free Exercise and Free Speech Clauses to grant protection to religious speech. Topics include Employment Division v. Smith. Under Smith court case on Free Exercise Clause; Masterpiece Cakeshop Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission court case on wedding cake for a same-sex wedding; and 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis court case on wedding-related services.
