Abstract

The article focuses on the integration of digital copyright law into legal education, addressing the challenges and necessary reforms to prepare future lawyers for the evolving digital landscape. It highlights the rapid technological advancements, the need for updated curricula that combine legal, technological, and ethical instruction, and the importance of practical training through case studies, simulations, and interdisciplinary learning. The study emphasizes the significance of digital rights management, fair use, moral rights, and emerging issues such as artificial intelligence–generated content and blockchain technology in copyright law. It recommends that law schools adopt dynamic, technology-informed teaching methods and foster collaboration with industry experts to equip students with relevant skills and knowledge for contemporary intellectual property practice.
