Abstract
The article focuses on national efforts to enhance accessibility in Career and Technical Education (CTE) for youth with disabilities and serious mental health conditions. Organizations such as the Transitions to Adulthood Center for Research, in collaboration with ACTE and MEAF, are developing resources and training to support inclusive practices in CTE classrooms. The Fueling Success in CTE project addresses barriers like inflexible attendance policies and stigma, while providing practical training and resources for instructors. Additionally, the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition (NTACT: C) and the Family-Run Executive Director Leadership Association (FREDLA) contribute to improving educational and employment outcomes for students with disabilities.
