Abstract
The article highlights five significant locations in Cuba where visitors can explore the historical impact of Fidel Castro's revolution. The Sierra Maestra, the site of guerrilla warfare against Batista's forces, features the Comandancia de la Plata, Castro's original base. Santa Clara is notable for Che Guevara's capture of an armored train and his mausoleum, while the Bay of Pigs marks a failed U.S.-backed invasion in 1961. Havana offers various revolutionary sites, including the Museum of the Revolution and Revolution Square, and Santiago de Cuba is recognized for its cultural significance and as the site of Castro's victory declaration in 1959, along with the Moncada barracks museum.
