Abstract

Parsvnath Developers CEO, Sanjeev Kumar Jain, was arrested at the Delhi airport after a 60 km chase by the Delhi Police. Jain had multiple non-bailable warrants issued against him, including one for his failure to appear before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The police had been tracking Jain's whereabouts and were able to locate and apprehend him at the airport.
