Pharmacy technician steps in to save a life.

Abstract

The article recounts an incident involving Seth McKinney, a medication history technician at UofL Health in Louisville, Kentucky. While accompanying Rachel Louis, the clinical pharmacy services supervisor, McKinnney noticed an unconscious man being extracted from a vehicle. McKinney quickly assessed the situation, performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and managed to revive the man until the code team arrived.
