Abstract

An introduction to the journal is presented which discusses various reports within the issue on topics including the aftermath of civil rights cases of 1883, the Court-packing Plan of then U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and various commentary from then U.S. Chief Justice William Howard Taft.
