Abstract
In December 2024, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) issued a framework for a law which could lead to a stronger substance use disorder (SUD) workforce by state. Called "MODEL BUILDING THE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER WORKFORCE OF THE FUTURE ACT," the document includes specific legislative wording, as well as backup with prolific footnotes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
