Abstract
Thinking a Zoom call had ended, a lawyer muttered an obscene phrase directed towards the presiding judge. The lawyer was charged with criminal contempt for his words. On appeal, the court rejected the lawyer's defense of "technological ineptness." [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
