(Bloomberg) -- US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito temporarily restored a Republican-drawn congressional map in Texas, acting little more than an hour after the state and its GOP leaders sought emergency intervention.Alito's late Friday order applies until either he or the full court acts again. He signaled quick action, asking for opponents of the map to file a response by Monday.
