Abstract

Senate Democrats have voted to subpoena Harlan Crow and Leonard Leo as part of an investigation into an ethics scandal involving the US Supreme Court. Crow, a GOP megadonor, and Leo, a top official with the Federalist Society, have been accused of funding lavish trips and luxury gifts for Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
