Abstract

The article focuses on evaluating felony disenfranchisement rationales under the rational basis test. It examines various aspects related to this issue, including the rational basis test, cases related to felony disenfranchisement, and arguments for and against such disenfranchisement under the rational basis framework. It further aims to assess the constitutionality and justifiability of felony disenfranchisement laws in the U.S.
