Abstract
The gag order against Donald Trump in the New York hush-money case has been partially lifted, allowing him to criticize the proceedings as he campaigns for the White House. Trump can now discuss trial witnesses and jurors, but he is prohibited from revealing jurors' identities. The judge cited concerns for the jurors as the reason for maintaining some restrictions. Trump's campaign plans to appeal the decision, arguing that the entire gag order should have been lifted. The ruling comes ahead of Trump's debate with President Joe Biden, where he claims, without evidence, that Biden is behind his criminal prosecutions. [Extracted from the article]
