Abstract
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has stated in its application for further custody of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal that his repeated ignoring of summonses from the agency suggests his involvement in the excise policy case. The ED custody of Kejriwal has been extended until April 1. The ED claims that Kejriwal has willfully disobeyed the summonses and has not revealed the truth or given correct facts in his statement. The ED also alleges that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), headed by Kejriwal, used approximately Rs 45 crore of the proceeds of crime from the Delhi liquor scam in the AAP's election campaign in Goa.
