Abstract

B Xerox Corp. b 201 Merritt 7 Norwalk, CT 06851 www.xerox.com, (800) 275-9376 OVERVIEW Xerox is a leading provider of business process and document management services to a wide range of retail, commercial and institutional clients worldwide. In 2021, the company launched its Volunteer Rewards program, a Dollars-for-Doers-style program that enables Xerox employees to earn $10 per volunteer hour, up to $500 per year, to be donated to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of their choice. Most recently, as the war in Ukraine displaced many Xerox employees, the company initiated a one-time employee relief grant of $1,500 to every employee in Ukraine. [Extracted from the article]
