Abstract

This article is a profile of Peter Turcik, the Managing Editor for Fisheries magazine. Turcik is responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are properly formatted and submitted on time, as well as selecting magazine content and working with authors throughout the production process. Before joining AFS, Turcik worked as a media specialist for an environmental nonprofit. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and his favorite style of food is Mexican.
