Abstract
This document provides an overview of the need to update Isaac Asimov's three laws of robotics in order to address the risks associated with incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into mobile robots. It discusses the ten stages of AI evolution, from basic rule-based systems to highly advanced AI capable of creating life. The document also highlights the advancements in mobile robots, including their ability to see, display emotions, and perform dangerous tasks. It emphasizes the importance of programming robots with good attributes and ensuring they adhere to ethical principles in order to serve humanity.
