Abstract

The article reviews *Constitucionalismo global y género: una batalla por la inclusión transformadora*, a groundbreaking work that integrates Comparative Constitutionalism and Feminist Constitutionalism into a unified, systematic narrative. The book critically examines foundational constitutional premises that have historically excluded women and gender minorities, proposing a four-stage periodization of constitutionalism's treatment of these groups: revolutionary exclusion, formal inclusion, participatory challenges, and transformative feminist constitutionalism. It highlights the limitations of traditional constitutional models and advocates for a structural rethinking of gender, citizenship, and reproductive labor within global constitutional frameworks. The work serves both as a comprehensive scholarly resource and a normative guide for advancing an inclusive, feminist constitutional agenda.
