Abstract

A study conducted by Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China explored the relationship between social support, parental self-efficacy, the presence of meaning in parenthood, and parent-child relationships. The research found that social support positively influences parent-child relationships through the presence of meaning in parenthood and parental self-efficacy. The study suggests that interventions focusing on enhancing the presence of meaning in parenthood could be beneficial for parenting practices.
