Abstract
The article presents selections from *Data Mind*, a forthcoming poetry collection by Joanna Fuhrman that explores the experience of living in the digital age as a non-digital native. Through darkly comic and surreal prose poems, the work reflects on the contrast between early internet optimism and its current reality, characterized by necrocapitalism and anti-democratic forces. Using internet language and imagery, the poems embody the tensions of online existence, blending lyricism with fragmented digital culture. The pieces include vivid, imaginative portrayals of online life's disorienting and often unsettling nature.
