Abstract

The article discusses a presentation about Augustinian reflections on exploring humanity as the image of God, delivered at the 2019 Philosophy of Religion Conference "Humanity: An Endangered Idea?" in Claremont, California. Topics explored include the writings of theologian and philosopher Augustine on the struggles of human beings, the love and belief of people in God despite not seeing God, and the qualities of human beings that bear some likeness to God.
