Abstract

The article presents the discussion on play "A Doll House" by Henrik Ibsen. Topics include formed by man-made laws, rights, values, freedom, conscious and unconscious assumptions, prerogatives, and motives—in tension with Ibsen's revolutionary modernity; and revolt of women against the idea that they are the mere instruments of men.
