Abstract
Firefly Aerospace, in partnership with NASA, successfully landed its Blue Ghost lander on the moon, marking the second time a commercial lander has achieved this feat. The spacecraft, carrying NASA-built tools and experiments, landed on the moon's near side in Mare Crisium. This milestone is part of NASA's efforts to put humans back on the moon, with Firefly CEO expressing ambitions for creating an ecosystem on the moon. Other companies are also planning lunar landings in the coming months, as NASA's funding of commercial moon landers has had mixed results. [Extracted from the article]
