Abstract
This article focuses on the controversies, conspiracies, and personal traumas that shaped the life and death of iconic Hollywood star Marilyn Monroe. It details her troubled childhood marked by foster care and abuse, her public image as a "blonde bombshell" often overshadowing her intelligence and talent, and her complex personal relationships, including marriages to Joe DiMaggio and Arthur Miller and rumored affairs with the Kennedy brothers. The article also explores her struggles with mental health, chronic pain from suspected endometriosis, substance abuse, and the pressures of fame that contributed to her erratic behavior and early death by acute barbiturate poisoning in 1962. Despite her official cause of death being ruled a probable suicide, persistent conspiracy theories continue to surround her passing. [Extracted from the article]
