Abstract
The article explores the central Christian question of Jesus Christ’s identity, prompted by the Gospel passage where disciples ask, "Who then is this that even the wind and the sea obey him?" It reflects on examples of faith and courage in adversity, such as Grace Darling’s rescue of shipwreck survivors and the biblical stories of David and Goliath, St. Paul’s hardships, and Job’s unanswered questions. The text emphasizes the paradox of faith amid suffering, highlighting that true faith cannot be earned or bought but is revealed through trust in God during trials. Ultimately, it invites readers to approach these mysteries with humility, faith, and praise.
