Art‐Science Activities at the Annual Meeting.

Abstract

The 2023 Art-Science Program at the Societies' Annual Meeting featured photography and video contests, as well as a poetry reading called "WendellBerryFest." The contests received around 50 submissions from members of the three Societies, and the winning entries were displayed during the meetings. The winners included Milon Barmon for Best in Show and Agronomy Best Video, Nitish Inu for Agronomy Best Photo, Eliudes S. Camps Marcano for Crops Best Video, Josie Rice for Crops Best Photo, Chandima Wekumbura for Soils Best Photo, and Sukhveer Singh Bhullar for Soils Best Video. The poetry reading included readings of Wendell Berry's poems by thirteen members of the Societies. [Extracted from the article]
