Abstract
The article features blind poetess Frances Brown and her poetry, particularly those that focus on anti-Russian sentiments. Also cited are her epic poem "The Star of Atteghei" that tackled Russia's genocide and subjugation of the Muslim ethnic group Circassians in the 1800s, and the extreme Russophobia in Great Britain during the period.
