Abstract

The article presents the discussion on Aeneas covers that geographic expanse, it starts to appear at odds with the centrifugal force Vergil. Topics include grants empire in the context of family, and introduces what I see as a key tension in the poem, as the geographic expansion of empire is set against private concern; and demonstrates how geography is made personal in the poem.
