Abstract
This article discusses the idea of being aware of what the customer want as this naturally leads to thinking about competitors in the market. Topics include thinking like the customer in terms of why they chose a competitor’s product instead and ultimately being a customer themselves- if they would choose a competitor’s product over their company's that can lead to strategic thinking about their own product and how to improve it.
