Knowledge mapping of mine ventilation technology research: A visual analysis using CiteSpace.

Abstract
This article analyzes the development and future trends of mine ventilation technology over the past 30 years using bibliometric methods and CiteSpace visualization software. Mine ventilation, critical for safety and productivity in mining operations, faces increasing challenges due to deeper mining and complex hazards such as gas accumulation and fires. The study identifies key research hotspots including numerical simulation, flow dynamics, and ventilation behavior, emphasizing the integration of ventilation technology with disaster management to improve system stability and personnel safety. China leads in publication volume, with China University of Mining & Technology as a prominent institution, though overall collaboration among authors and institutions remains limited. Future research is expected to focus on enhancing simulation accuracy by improving boundary condition settings and combining theoretical models with practical applications to advance intelligent mine ventilation systems.
