Abstract
The article focuses on solving dual rectangular fuzzy complex linear systems and matrix equations, where coefficients are crisp complex matrices and unknowns and constants are rectangular fuzzy complex numbers. It introduces a method that transforms the original m × n dual rectangular fuzzy complex matrix equation into an equivalent 4m × 4n real matrix equation, enabling direct computation of algebraic solutions without separately calculating extended solutions or parameters for real and imaginary parts. The approach relies on interval arithmetic for generalized fuzzy complex numbers and uses generalized inverses for solution derivation. Several numerical examples illustrate the method's effectiveness and demonstrate that it can also be applied to matrix equations with real coefficients.
