Abstract

This correction notice addresses an unintentional error in the reporting of statistical values in an article titled "The Phosphodiesterase Inhibitor Pentoxifylline as a Novel Adjunct to Antidepressants in Major Depressive Disorder Patients: A Proof-of-Concept, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial." The error involved the reporting of the F value instead of the t statistics for certain variables, as well as the use of inappropriate statistical tests. However, the error does not affect the study's findings or conclusions, as the p value remains statistically insignificant. The authors apologize for the error and provide corrected tables.
